We've designed the clock-in process to be faster than taking a traditional ID card out of a wallet. Here is the daily journey for a staff member.
Arrive at Kiosk
The office iPad or tablet displays a dynamic QR code that refreshes every 30 seconds. This prevents "proxy attendance" by taking a photo of the code to use later.
Scan with Camera
Staff open their standard phone camera app (iOS or Android). No special app download is required. They point it at the kiosk.
Instant Biometric Auth
The browser opens instantly. The user is prompted for Face ID or Fingerprint. Once matched, they are successfully clocked in. The whole process takes < 5 seconds.
What happens to the data?
Once verified, the timestamp is securely logged for payroll processing.
